What Tonesage is

Tonesage uses AI to suggest settings for guitar amp and effects plugins based on a tone you describe. Results are creative guidance only. Your guitar, pickups, playing and signal chain all affect the sound, so we cannot guarantee a result will match any recording or artist.

No affiliation

Tonesage is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Neural DSP or any plugin maker, guitarist or band. All product, plugin, artist and band names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or the tone being requested.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share it, and do not use the service to abuse, overload or reverse-engineer it, or to resell generated output as a competing service.

Free generations and credits

• Each new account includes 2 free generations.
• Additional generations are bought as credit packs. One credit is used for each completed generation.
• The app only deducts a credit when a generation completes successfully. If a generation errors out or is interrupted, no credit is used.
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred.
• Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is what you pay.

Refunds

Because Tonesage is a digital service delivered immediately, all purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. If something goes wrong on our side, such as a failed or incomplete generation that still used a credit, contact us and we will restore the affected credits. Any other exception is at our discretion and handled case by case.

Saved tones

Completed tones are saved to your account automatically, up to 100. When your library is full, new tones are not saved until you delete some. We may remove saved tones if your account is deleted or closed.

Your output

You may use the settings we generate for your own music and recordings. We do not claim ownership of your tone descriptions or the settings produced for you.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we may change or pause it at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tonesage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
